This role is to provide an overall administration support to the Treetech office, with a key focus on purchasing and fleet administration.Your duties would include:Responsible for purchasing any products from approved suppliers in a timely and efficient manner for prompt turnaround.Responsible for the allocation or distribution of inventory to appropriate departments.Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed. Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock situations.Manage the scheduling of fleet maintenance and compliance requirements with the workshop and operational teams.Manage all fleet COFs and WOFs, ensuring they are scheduled on time.Providing administrative support to the Finance & HSQE teams.Your skills and experience:Experience in an administrative role.Strong organisation, planning with a good attention to detail.Strong written & verbal communication and ability to build and maintain relationships.Initiative, problem solving and ability to juggle multiple tasks.This is an excellent career opportunity to join an innovative and progressive business, that is focus on 'Leading the way in Urban Forestry Management.'
