Studio Pacific Architecture is a design-led practice of around 80 staff, with an established reputation for award-winning architecture, interior, landscape, and urban design projects.

This role of Office Administrator/Graphics Assistant is seen as one of fundamental importance to the business. You will need to be highly agile and a quick learner with a high degree of accuracy.

Your responsibilities will include general office administration, graphic design, and marketing content writing (applicants with excellent writing skills will have an advantage).

This role is suitable for an capable and creative individual who can hit the ground running and has the ability to work independently as well as in a team. You will not be afraid of a challenge and you will have the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have experience in graphic design
- Have excellent written communication skills
- Be well-organised, proactive, methodical, and work well under pressure
- Have a high level of attention to detail, and accurate data entry skills
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel) and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Have a positive attitude and a flexible approach.
