About the role We have an exciting part time opportunity for an experienced front-line Office/Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic team based in Raumanga, Whangarei. Reporting to the Office Manager, your role is responsible for supporting the Whangarei Field Operations team.  Hours of work: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for Day-to-day inbound customer contact Processing timesheets Preparing purchase orders and supporting documentation Processing of accounts payable and receivable and batching Preparing operational reports in Excell and keeping accurate records Handling feedback and providing excellent customer service Monitoring and ordering PPE for staff Skills, Knowledge and Experience Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Intermediate level of understanding and experience with accounts payable and receivable Knowledge of the principles of accounting and invoice processing Previous experience in an accounts administration role would be desirable Ability to learn new skills quickly and put that into practice is essential Good understanding of budget codes and job management Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across the wider business Resilience under pressure Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities and take the initiative to provide our customers and team with an excellent experience Attention to detail, being precise and exact is a must What We Offer TDG Environmental values its employees and understands the importance of employee offerings.
