Private Client Lawyer

A Lexcel Accredited firm located close to the Canterbury area are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their firm on a permanent basis.

The successful Private Client Solicitor will handle their own caseload focusing on various aspects including complex will drafting, Lasting powers of attorney, probate, estate planning and administration, tax, trusts and court of protection. You will also have experience of acting as a certificate provider.

The ideal Private Client Solicitor will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position and be confident in handling a caseload. They will be able to hit the ground running and you will hold an interest in business development to aid developing the department.

Legal Executives with FILEx qualification will also be considered.
