Occupational Health Nurse

Our Finegand team have an outstanding opportunity for an Occupational Health Nurseto join the team and bring their passion for people and their wellbeing. In this hands-on position, you will provide health services including first line injury management, rehabilitation, health and safety programmes and services to our employees. You will work collaboratively with site management and key stakeholders. Coordination of ACC reviews of injuries and injury compensation will be an aspect of this role.   Our Finegand site is based in Balclutha, and you will be joining a small, high functioning team.  What we can offer: This is a fulltime role, however for the right candidate, we can consider part-time flexibilityIf you are based in Dunedin, we offer complimentary transport via vanDiverse range of learnings within our busy processing facility Discounted health benefits (Southern Cross) We are looking for the following attributes: Are an enrolled nurse or hold a current Practising certificate as a Registered Nurse or Nurse PractitionerOccupational nursing experience, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environmentStrong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and build relationships to drive changeUnderstanding or experience in claims management If you have the drive to lead and implement positive change and initiatives across the Site, then we would love to hear from you.
