Occupational Health and Safety Service Coordinator (Full Time, Fixed Term), Occupational Health, CM Health-CMH20202539An exciting opportunity has become available at Counties Manukau Health for an experienced administrative professional with a passion to deliver exceptional service to a working team and their clients.
The position of Occupational Health & Safety Service Coordinator is part of our specialised in-house Occupational Health and Safety Team, which provides both advisory and clinical services to the organisation.
Reporting to the Occupational Health & Safety Manager, based at Middlemore Hospital, your focus will be to effectively coordinate and support the activities of the wider Occupational Health and Safety team to meet the goals of the Occupational Health and Safety Service in alignment with the CM Health strategic vision.
You will appreciate the importance of engaging with internal and external stakeholders in a time efficient manner to ensure that our overall objectives are met.
Working closely with the team, you will take a lead coordination role in the monitoring of continuous quality improvement, risk management and service delivery while actively participating in business planning, project management and change management initiatives.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience and will be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and expertise using the Microsoft Office Suite of products. Advanced Excel functionality will be required to work through large sets of data.
Working knowledge of Oracle and experience in accounts payable would be advantageous.
In addition, knowledge of health and safety legislation and standards would be beneficial.
Qualifications relevant to these responsibilities will be preferred.
