The objective of this position is to ensure that all of the tasks associated with the monitoring and implementing the ski areas skier, snowboarder integration policies in such a way that guests receive a quality experience.
Our Trail Safety crew are the 'Caretakers' of our beginner and intermediate slopes.
About the role
You will actively ensure the safety of guests and staff skiing and boarding on ski area terrain
Monitoring slow zones and other high volume traffic areas to ensure no one is out of control or going too fast
Educating guests by conveying the "Safety Tip of the Day” on trail, in queues and relaying the message through Snowsports and lift operations staff.

A genuine commitment to promoting a safe overall guest experience
Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
A good knowledge of ski area snow conditions
Skills and Qualifications
The ability to ski or snowboard in all weather on all terrain.
