Nurse - Team Lead

Bring your extensive experience leading a team at this company; where you will play a vital role in the leadership, training and development of the nursing team including overseeing recruitment, clinical targets & budgets.
You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team, whilst you lead a team of 30 staff consisting of RNs, ENs and Support workers across multiple sites in Napier.

What you have to do: Lead a team of dedicated health professionals across multiple sites Oversee clinical targets & budgets Collaborate with management to ensure high quality care is provided at all times Training & development of existing staff and onboarding of new staff Have excellent communication & computer skills What you have to have: New Zealand Nursing registration and current practicing and CPR certificates 2+ years' experience in a managerial role The ability to motivate and lead a team Previous experience in primary care, or strong interest in this area Experience in quality improvement Culture & Benefits Possible relocation allowance Competitive Salary $110-130K Monday to Friday - work/life balance Opportunities for career progression A forward thinking, community focused company Does this sound like your next career move?
