The Paediatric Palliative Care (PPC) team provides specialist palliative care and support for infants, children and young people living with life limiting illness in both hospital and community settings. Palliative care involves some or all of the following: symptom management; psychosocial care; cultural care; spiritual care; advance care planning; respite care; last days of life care and bereavement support.

To be successful you will:
Have NZ Nursing Registration with a current Annual Practicing CertificateBe legally entitled to work in New ZealandHave Postgraduate certificate/diploma in specialty nursing practiceHave minimum level 4 practiceDemonstrate knowledge of nursing professional development issuesHave at least 5 years of nursing experienceHave excellent communication skillsHave self resilienceHave a Masters degree in nursing or health related area (Desired)Have experience in a Paediatric settingKo wai matou | Who are we Te Toka Tumai Auckland is part ofTe Whatu Ora – Health New Zealand , the overarching organisation for New Zealand's National Health Service.
