Nurse Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

The Nurse Lead leads the nursing team, which includes Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Practice Care Assistants, to provide a safe, high quality, efficient and effective nursing service to the practice population. You will be responsible for recruitment, day to day management , collaboration with the centre leadership team, development and implementation of new and existing models of care designed to improve health outcomes and the effective and efficient running of a medical centre. You will also undertake a clinical component.

Leadership and management aspirations
Your practice aligns with the principles of The Treaty of Waitangi.
Clinical experience and passion for, primary care and primary care nursing
Proven quality improvement experience
Postgraduate qualification is highly desirable
Great communication skills at all levels
Advanced computer skills
