Working five days a fortnight the Nurse Educator is a part of the Practice Development Group based and will work closely with the RN Coach and CNM ACU to design and deliver education to the Nursing team.As a designated Senior Nurse role, this will enable and support health system transformation to achieve the aims of Te Pae Tata (Interim New Zealand Health Plan) and Te Toi Ahorangi.Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty are committed to improving Maori health outcomes and achieving health equity for Maori.
