This 0.2FTE role could either be based at the Marlborough Health Hub, or based at the Richmond Health Hub, requiring regular travel to Marlborough.This role will also provide support for otherareas in the organisation.As a nurseeducator it is your role to create a positive learning environment for ournurses and to coach and educate staff to their best potential resulting inimproved experiences for our health consumers. You will work alongside the DistrictNursing and Public Health Nursing teams in a clinical coach/mentoringcapacity, leading and embedding evidence-based practice, developing educationstrategies, involving staff in identifying areas for development, anddeveloping objectives and plans to help staff apply learnings to practice.You will be committed to embedding the principles of thePae Ora Act (2022) and promoting the importance of equity in your nursing practice.
