We are looking for an energetic and experienced sales leader responsible for operationalising the strategic sales plan of the North Island, along with providing leadership to our North Island area management team, who are tasked with leading our mobile advisers. Reporting to the Head of Sales, Advice & Service, this role will deliver on our client value proposition and facilitate the ongoing transformation of our sales and service culture. Your responsibility will span both the acquisition and retention of our rural and commercial clients and the provision of life & health insurance solutions.
