This is a high-priority specialist role, requiring a strategic outlook, expert understanding of non-financial risk management practices, coupled with practical experience working with technology domains on a large-scale transformation programme. In a typical day or week, some of your work will involve the following: Working with representatives across the business to provide a cohesive and effective approach to identifying, mitigating, and managing non-financial risks, associated with the Nga Tapuwae programme. Leading Line 2 activity to review & challenge non-financial risk management relating to Nga Tapuwae, in line with requirements of ANZ's Non-Financial Risk frameworks. Providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise for non-financial risk matters. Working proactively across streams of the Nga Tapuwae programme, providing input and opinion on effectiveness of the programme's approach. Opining on the non-financial risk and operational resilience of solutions for the Nga Tapuwae programme. Managing conflicting priorities, influencing team and stakeholders on decisions. Experience in the practical application of non-financial risk management frameworks, with a strong understanding of data, technology and third-party risk management practices. Ability to build strong, open, and collaborative working relationships, including communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders. An ability to think about complex issues in a strategic manner, considering the broader context and implication. A growth mindset. Able to anticipate and plan for change; take a long-term view of ANZ's needs and strive for continuous improvement/better outcomes. Superior verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skill able to extract key information to practical insight. You're not expected to have % of these skills.
