This is a truly collaborative role, working closely with stakeholders across every part of the business, from Supply Chain, Operations, Development, Marketing and L&D. This is a hands-on role that requires passion, heart, and determination that will allow you to deliver the following:Collaborate and influence other functions to meet key milestones to make sure we are ready to go by fry time. Site visits, ordering equipment and the delivery of key learning materials to each restaurant.Work with the recruitment team on hiring, to attract outstanding future members of the Poppy Squad and coordinate exceptional orientation days and onboarding.Support & partner with the L&D Manager to execute training plans and roll out special projects.Strong teams that are well trained and equipped with the right knowledge and resources by setting up detailed training plans for each new restaurant.Provide hands-on support in restaurants with the Poppy squad as needed and promote a positive, health and safe work environment at every interaction.What you will bring to the role:You will have huge energy, intrinsic drive and resilience, and demonstrated ability in the following:Proven experience in an operations role within the QSR or hospitality industry where you have led and coordinated complex initiativesAbility to plan and juggle multiple priorities, especially curial in new store openings where you will be involved in coordinating numerous moving pieces.Meticulous attention to detail to ensure a smooth restaurant opening.A natural team player you will prosses a rare ability to bring diverse teams together.You'll be skillful, adaptable and adept at building rapport with different individuals, using persuasive communication to align everyone towards shared objectives.Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills and can working across multi-disciplinary teams.We believe in the spice of life and the power of good food.
