Role Overview Cultivate and manage strong relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through from initial consultation to project completion. Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and effectively showcase the advantages of our products. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and client communications, using our system. Requirement Previous experience in sales, preferably within the construction or real estate industry. Great work ethic, initiative, honest and trustworthy, detail-focused, ability to work under pressure, and a great attitude. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients to provide exceptional customer service. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
