New Business Manager

We are on the look out for a Regional New Business Manager within the Central North Island Region, this is a newly created position which is a pivotal strategic role in securing profitable work for Brian Perry Civil.
We need someone with a solid knowledge of bid governance, tendering & construction to be an integral link between the clients and the bid team, during the tender phase and linking through to delivery. You will be working on projects ranging in value from $0.5m – 30m.
You will need to be tenacious, resilient strategic and have a natural ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
You will also need to have a strong personal presence, drive, integrity and an eye for potential business opportunities. In return you will have the opportunity to work for an innovative, marketing leading business with future opportunities across Fletcher Building.
