Bayleys Bay of Plenty has a newly created and exciting role as a New Builds Salesperson, working in the Bayleys Projects Team selling house and land packages on behalf of our key project vendors. Bayleys has a strong profile of listings ready to go for the right person to work on immediately. You will be working alongside a number of sales teams as required and will be reporting to the Project Sales Leader. This role is based in the Bayleys Tauranga office however there will be a need to travel within the Bay of Plenty to work closely with our Residential teams. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, be licensed to sell real estate and carry good knowledge of the construction/development industry. This is a commission-based role, however a Bayleys Scholarship is available for the right candidate.
