Description Egnyte is looking for a Systems Manager who will own the entire Order to Cash process. The selected candidate will also be part of process improvement discussions and training in order to identify and implement streamlined solutions. Lead the management Information and data requirements gathering initiative to develop and/or streamline the operational reporting capabilities. Ensure that processes are implemented to take full advantage of the capabilities of the systems. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented, systems expert with experience in business systems implementation in an operations environment. Responsibilities: Participate and help lead all phases of implementation Prepare business requirements and create system design Oversee software configuration, testing, training and deployment Perform project management Collaborate with various teams, including sales ops, finance, product Support end users in all business functions, in the use of NetSuite ERP application relating to scripts, workflows, saved searches and other ad-hoc configuration setups Manage tasks related to ERP administration, improvements, upgrades and enhancements Be able to clearly articulate As-Is with To-Be business needs and be able to educate users on NetSuite system functionality/features and help bridge the gap on processes as needed The role will also own the integration process between various systems (Netsuite, SFDC, etc) within the organization from requirements gathering to full implementation. And so, should be quite familiar with working with ETL tools. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, informational needs and data sources, conduct requirements gathering sessions, meetings and presentations Translate business needs into a clearly defined and detailed business requirements document, inclusive of business use cases, process flows, traceability matrices as well as report mock-ups Preferred Qualifications include: 8+ years' experience implementing and using NetSuite 2+ years of building integrations using Dell Boomi / Mulesoft Strong NetSuite ERP Financials solution implementation and/or administration experience Experience with defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations Strong communication skills Ability to evolve Customer business processes based on leading practices Project and/or team leadership experience Knowledge of major business life-cycles in finance & sales Understanding of database structure and design Experience working with Salesforce CPQ (preferable) About Egnyte: Egnyte delivers secure content collaboration, compliant data protection and simple infrastructure modernization; all through a single SaaS solution.
