Nelson'S Iconic Cafe Requires Head Chef

We are looking for a Head Chef, who can led a 3/4 man kitchen team, bring innovative ideas to the menu, is passionate about their standards and presentation and will lead strongly from the front.
The position requires day shift work only and does include weekends.
Your responsibilities include food presentation, menu design and food costing, rostering, staff management and training, health and safety compliance.
