This is mahi that will improve the health and well-being of everyone in Aotearoa, and we've got an opportunity for you to be part of it…Te whiwhinga mahi | The OpportunityThis is a strategic leadership role is responsible for proactively leading the National Health Monitoring & Exposure Programme and any other related, assigned Critical Risk Programme, ensuring alignment to Te Whatu Ora's Risk Framework.Experience needed to lead the health monitoring & exposure programme in an environment that demands intricate problem-solving and critical thinking to achieve the health and safety management of workers at a national level for Te Whatu Ora, while holding accountability for recommending key performance indicators and providing management systems for achieving healthy outcomes for Te Whatu Ora workersPrevious responsibility at a leadership level for developing, maintaining, and influencing mutually beneficial relationships and partnerships.Programme and/or project management in a large complex organisationSeveral years of experience in healthcare or a similar industryDeveloping and implementing an Occupational Health & Wellbeing related Management Framework in a large organisationA commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions.
