We require a Key Account Manager that will take ownership of major retail accounts, and help keep New Zealand King Salmon on the shelves across the Australasian market.
As an experienced Key Account Manager within the FMCG industry here in New Zealand, you'll likely have a good understanding of how this role operates. What you may not know, is the excitement of the fast-paced, changeable environment that comes with growing and distributing a biological product. This is a role for the fast mover - the fun, flexible sort who loves the notion of 'no two days the same'. Dealing with a biological product, supply levels aren't always forecastable, so if you're after a role that will give you real variety, and you have an ability to jump at a challenge and resolve it head-on, you'll thrive.
It goes without saying you'll be an expert relationship manager and will strive to ensure the customer's needs are met and expectations are always exceeded. You'll have a strong sales focus and natural charisma, which will have seen you go far in similar roles. You'll also have a head for the analytics, and be familiar with engaging AC Neilson and AZTEC data to make decisions.

Reporting to the General Manager - Sales, this is a key senior role within our team that will give you real opportunity to make a strong impact. Your industry experience and strong initiative will be a real asset. We're sure you have ideas and we can't wait to see them take shape. Your market insight will also give you the opportunity to work with our product development team, which will in turn create the opportunity to represent new quality products in the future.
You'll join our close-knit Auckland sales team, and travel to Nelson, Wellington and Christchurch and other locations as you oversee your accounts at a national level.
