You will ensure the education and professional training, and meeting planned targets and compliance within legislative requirements.Efficient and productive delivery of Operational Training services across all regions, including delivery of induction programmes and pre-employment driver assessmentsEnsure training records and training documentation are maintainedCollaborate with the Operational Managers to lead safety investigations in conjunction with the Safety team and implement actions to prevent re-occurrenceAssist with the inductions and training of staffReview, update and development of training and delivery proceduresProvide support to regional Operation Managers in their absence if necessaryThe role will ideally be based in Auckland but will support the business nationally and regional travel will be required.
