This is mahi that will improve the health and well-being of everyone in Aotearoa, and we've got an opportunity for you to be part of it… Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity The primary focus of this role is to lead the collection, analysis, and utilisation of national data and insights for Te Whatu Ora's communications team. Driving evidence-based decision making and enhancing the effectiveness of communication strategies. Experience (in the range of at least 8+ years) in data analysis and management, including leading a team of professionals. Experience producing operational business analytics analysis and reports within a government agency to inform decision making. Ability to critically analyse, interpret and simplify complex information to make well-reasoned decisions and to improve the accessibility of information for others. Adept at comprehending data, seeing trends, and predicting future scenarios to inform thinking and decision-making. Ability to develop reports and databases to collect and display data. Ability to influence and constructively challenge and to build effective relationships with all levels of the organisation and with stakeholders, helping others to embrace change and achieve desired outcomes. A commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions.
