Built on innovation, Humes is on the lookout for a National Branch Performance Manager to support our 17 branches across the country (with more on the way).
The purpose of the National Branch Performance Manager (NBPM) is to deliver training, development, and support to the Branch Managers.
With strong strategic intuition and natural relationship building, you will identify branch talent, through strong coaching and leadership.
Due to the locations of the branch network, regular travel will be required.

Auditing branch processesIdentify gaps in training & procedures.Motivate and develop a high-performing team(s)Increased sales and improvements in efficienciesThe NBPM is expected to have proven experience and expertise in Branch Management and operational leadership, as well as a track record in mentoring and coaching others to achieve results.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in: Training, Operations Management or related disciplineAbility to collaborate, inspire and motivate others to drive and achieve superior financial performance.Demonstrated success driving a performance-focused culture across dispersed and diverse teams.Outstanding track record implementing strategies, training frameworks and processes to identify opportunities.Strong influencing skills, ability to manage a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
