We have seen rapid growth of over 200% in our National Accounts portfolio over the last decade, with over 144 National Accounts now under management and a portfolio comprising 35% of our total revenue base. We now have a need for a National Account Manager to be based outside Auckland to: Oversee our departmental relationships in the governmental and state-owned sectorProvide focused management of our National Accounts in the lower North Island and South IslandManage a significant group of large nationwide clients, with a view to growing both the breadth and depth of our revenue streams in our National Account customer baseTake ownership of the key performance indicators of the roleProvide regular reporting on progress, key relationship development and market activity (both ours and our competitors).Reporting directly to our head of Sales & Marketing, this role will work alongside our existing Auckland-based National Account Manager to ensure that all our key national customers get the care, focus, and attention they deserve. We are ideally seeking a Wellington based candidate due to the nature of the assigned customers; however, this is not a hard requirement. While office based, we are comfortable with partial work-from-home arrangements, and any travel requirements are modest, with little requirement to be away from home for more than 1 night on any given occasion. The role offers a competitive base salary, the ability to earn up to 30% of that base in incentives via portfolio revenue growth and national profit achievement, a Southern Cross health care subsidy, the option of either a company car or our car salary scheme, and other tech and ancillaries.
