About the role
Responsible for managing one of the major Australian retailers, the Kraft Heinz Sales Team currently have an opportunity for a National Account Manager to grow the retailers Kraft Heinz portfolio. Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will be responsible for:
Achieving sales and profit targets by aligning and executing on range, space and promotional programs
Analysing customer insights and demonstrating a data-driven approach to develop sales and marketing strategies that deliver to KPIs
Collaborating with and driving internal stakeholders to help deliver market leading plans and activations
Executing plans for relevant categories and managing the day-to-day relationship with the retailer
Maximising the relationship between the retailer and Kraft Heinz for mutual benefit and improvement of company performance

About you
Previous experience within FMCG as a National Account Manager dealing with the major retailers would be highly advantageous, however this could also be a great career development opportunity if you have managed Independent retailers or are an Account Executive looking to take the next step. Applications from all sales backgrounds are encouraged, as long as you can demonstrate:
A flexible, collaborative business partner approach to the customer
Strong sales track record, preferably across multiple categories
Ability to identify opportunities and creatively deliver recommendations that improve our performance

Commercial-mindedness with awareness of the financial requirements throughout the P&L
Analytical skills with the ability to use data to influence decisions
Experience managing a broad range of internal stakeholders
An inherent drive to succeed
