The ideal candidate will excel in managing household chores while providing attentive care to our two and four-year-old toddlers. We practice gentle parenting and value a nurturing approach to childcare. Fluency in French is considered a plus. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to travel with the family occasionally. We are specifically looking for a gentle, patient, and kind person to join our family who is also comfortable helping with walking the dogs occasionally.**Responsibilities:**1. Provide childcare for children, including supervision, meal preparation, and engaging activities.2. Maintain a clean and organized household by performing cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and laundry.3. Prepare meals and snacks for the family, ensuring nutrition and dietary requirements are met.4. Run errands, such as grocery shopping or picking up dry cleaning, as needed.5. Assist with educational activities for toddlers.6. Coordinate and oversee playdates and extracurricular activities.7. Monitor and administering children's medication if necessary.8. Practice gentle parenting techniques, promoting positive behavior and emotional well-being.9. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities, progress, and any concerns.10. Occasionally provide evening or weekend childcare as required.11. Travel with the family on occasional trips, providing childcare and housekeeping support as needed.12. Help with walking the dogs occasionally.**Requirements:**1. Proven experience as a nanny or housekeeper, preferably with childcare qualifications.2. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.3. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.5. Familiarity with gentle parenting principles and a nurturing approach to childcare.6. Fluency in French (preferred).7.
