Nail Technician

Our salon is located at Upper Hutt, Wellington. The role is full-time permanent position - minimum of 30 hours per week. Applicants must be felxible to work at weekends and holidays period. Pay: We offer a competitive hourly rate, $29.66-30.00 Main tasks and responsibilities include: Delivering beauty services, such as manicure and pedicure to clients Discussing client needs and performing manicures (buff, shape, and polish nails) and spa pedicure (treat feet and toenails) Decorating and performing nail art design Performing hair removal, eyebrows and eyelashes tinting Massaging hand and foot, nail repair and other hand and foot treatments Providing recommendation and selling beauty care products Clean chairs, tables, maintain safe and hygienic work area Taking bookings, keeping client records, and maintaining inventory Other general beauty care duties as assigned Skills and knowledge required: 3 Years' relevant spa/salon work experience or Tertiary Qualfication Skills in gel polish manicures and pedicures, acrylic nail extensions and nail arts Good knowledge and use of chemicals for nail treatments Adopt a perfectionist attitude and perform each treatment to their highest standards Be flexible with client requests, be driven with creative thinking Follow nail safety protocols, including instrument and equipment sanitation It sounds like you, please send your CV and cover letter today.
