Company Overview: Theia Ltd is a digital marketing company founded in June 2011, specializing in brand design, website/software design and development, 3 D modeling, and digital marketing.With over 13 years of experience and substantial customer resources, Theia is dedicated to helping companies build on their successes and reach new heights.As an innovative team of big thinkers, we are committed to delivering excellence in every project we undertake.Job Description: As a Multimedia Specialist at Theia Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of various digital assets, including websites, animations, presentations, games, audio and video clips, and Internet applications.You will work closely with our team of designers, developers, and network specialists to create engaging multimedia content that meets the needs of our clients.Your responsibilities will include:Analyzing, Designing, and Developing Internet Sites:Applying a blend of artistry and creativity with software programming and scripting languages to design and develop visually stunning websites.Interfacing with operating environments to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of websites.Designing and Developing Digital Multimedia Content:Creating digital animations, imaging, presentations, games, audio and video clips, and Internet applications using multimedia software, tools, and utilities.Utilizing interactive graphics and programming languages to enhance user experience and engagement.Communicating with Network Specialists:Collaborating with network specialists to address web-related issues such as security, hosting, space allocation, user access, and disaster recovery planning.Ensuring Internet and web server security measures are implemented and maintained effectively.Integrating Computer Code and Specialized Inputs:Developing and integrating computer code with image files, audio files, and scripting languages to produce, maintain, and support websites.Ensuring compatibility and functionality across different platforms and devices.Assisting in Developing Internet Strategies and Methodologies:Contributing to the analysis, specification, and development of Internet strategies, web-based methodologies, and development plans.Collaborating with the team to identify and implement innovative solutions to meet client objectives.Creating Multimedia Programs:Producing and manipulating computer animation, audio, video, and graphic image files to create multimedia programs for various platforms and applications.Developing content for CD-ROMs, information kiosks, multimedia presentations, websites, mobile resources, e-commerce solutions, and entertainment/education products.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Computer Science, or related field.Related experience in multimedia design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Proficiency in multimedia software, tools, and programming languages (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Java Script, HTML5, CSS3, etc.).Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.Benefit:Excellent opportunity for training and developmentExposure to a wide range of commercial clientsGood remuneration packageRemuneration and work location:Pay range from: $51-$56 per hourMinimum working hours: 40 full time positionLocation: Wellington#J-18808-Ljbffr
