You'll help our customers by providing exceptional service throughout the lifecycle of their motor vehicle claim and ensuring you are creating a stress-free customer experience so they can get back on the road. Other typical duties include:Liaising with external consultants, repairers, customers, and expert advisors while maintaining and developing long term supplier relationships.Assisting our customers with their claim queries through email and phone enquiries. Each of our centres have a dedicated 0800 number to ensure we can deliver a timely service.Diligently handling your claims to ensure they are turned around as quickly as possible.A bit about youYou are the kind of person who loves helping your customers in their time of need. Your ability to provide clear simple next steps, provide solutions and think outside the box will be key in delivery exceptional customer service, whatever the situation. You will be no stranger to working in an environment where you need to multitask and manage your own workload or portfolio. You will be confident picking up the phone and speaking to our customers to get them sorted. Alongside this, you will have previous experience in a customer service role and have the passion and desire to make a real difference.The Customer Service Centre operates Monday - Friday 7.30am - 6.00pm and Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm.
