Metal Fabrication Technician

Are you passionate about working with metal and creating high-quality products for residential and commercial properties? We're seeking a skilled full-time Metal Fabrication Technician to join our dynamic team.   In this role, you will work for at least 30 hours per week, and will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks, including: 1.        Welding and fabrication of gates and steel structures to meet client specifications. 2.        Make and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication. 3.        Proficiency in using cutting, drilling, and shaping techniques. 4.        Installation of fabricated products at client sites with precision and attention to detail. 5.        Familiarity with relevant software for design and fabrication processes. 6.        Expertise in working with various materials including aluminum alloys and high-carbon steel. 7.        Effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service. 8.        Ability to handle various tasks from steel beam structuring to final installation and delivery. To be successful in this role, you should have: 1.     At least two years of proven experience in metal fabrication, welding, and installation-related roles. 2.     Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and using fabrication tools. 3.     Proven working at height experience or knowledge. 4.     Strong knowledge of materials including aluminum alloys, high-carbon steel, and drilling techniques. 5.     Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. 6.     Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. 7.     Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on work sites. 8.     Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines. 9.     Must be available to work at flexible times, such as early mornings, at night, or weekends. 10.  Police vetting and drug test is required .
