Job Description Reporting to the National Teams Manager, this roles is responsible for the operational planning and logistics of our National Teams. They're fast-paced with tight deadlines, high pressure situations and you'll need to have the ability to travel around the world to International Tournaments. New Zealand Football takes pride in ensuring that our national teams are supported to ensure that they can perform at the highest levels around the world, and your actions will have a direct influence on this. Key responsibilities will include: Administrative requirements of tournament travel, including health and safety arrangements, tickets, passports, accommodation etc Kit and equipment management Liaising with key stakeholders, including head coaches, medical staff, players and players' parents Desired Skills and Experience We're looking for someone who can demonstrate the following: Experience in a high-pressure administrative role Previous involvement in the management of an international sports team Strong planning and organisational skills with great attention to detail Good communication skills Knowledge of database management Positive attitude and a role model who inspires confidence Applications close at 9am on Friday 15 March.
