Membership Officer - Part Time

The New Zealand National Party is looking for a proactive, friendly and engaging Membership Officer to take charge of the membership processing at its head office in Thorndon, Wellington. Join our small, energetic, professional team focused on delivering strong customer service in a role that gives you the space to grow and really make your own. This role includes, but is not limited to: Owning end-to-end membership processing and data entry  Being the first port of call for email or phone queries from members and donors Working closely with new technology and our IT team on system and process improvement Assisting the CFO with financial record keeping and membership/donation reporting Undertaking regular data extracts and reports for the Board, Management team and officeholders The delivery of outstanding customer service About you To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working in membership processing, financial processing or similar and/or a strong affinity for working with numbers, databases and data entry ability, with a proven working knowledge of data extraction and spreadsheets. You'll have no trouble learning new systems quickly and competently and be comfortable with new technology. You'll also have strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service and relationship management skills and be a team player.
