You'll ensure our members have a positive, professional, and personalized experience.Your varied responsibilities will include:Working closely with and providing outstanding service to all candidates completing their Chartered Member Assessment, guiding, assisting, and managing expectationsManaging the administrative processes associated with assessments (communications, assignments, exams, and accounts)Assisting with membership retention and changes, updates, holds, resignations, and payment plans for membersProactively seeking out and implementing ongoing improvement to the day-to-day functions and processes across the services we provideAssisting members with inquiries related to categories and CPD requirementsFinancial administration including processing payments, generating credit notes, and invoicingAbout you | Mohou akeYou'll have a proven experience and absolute passion for providing exceptional customer service.
