Your exceptional customer serviceby phone and email will enhance member relations and improve member retentionrates.Akey focus for the role is resolving member issues/inquiries, managing membercontracts, monitoring billing and assisting in the correction of failedmembership accounts. This is where your strong administration and communicationskills will come in to play!Youwill ideally:Haveexcellent verbal and written communication skills (well-spoken, clearEnglish is essential)Loveworking with people and have the ability to stay calm and problem solve,even when under pressureHave ahigh level of accuracy, attention to detail and be confident in workingwith systems (we have an in-house CRM system) as well Microsoft Excel andWordHave afitness story and be committed to a healthy lifestyle1-2years' work experienceOurteam is passionate and relentless in the pursuit of health and wellness.
