With over 3,000 employees around New Zealand, we are committed to providing the best support, care and advice to our communities.This is a Permanent Full time position working 40 hours across 5 days from Monday to Friday.Position Overview:Receptionist role reporting to the Reception Team Lead, responsible for a variety of tasks including patient greetings, check-ins, phone handling, appointment scheduling, invoicing, clerical duties, and cash handling in a bustling environment.Your Qualifications:Experience in administration and team collaboration, coupled with a professional demeanor, excellent customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and a penchant for diverse work environments.Exposure to MedTech Evolution is beneficial; training available if required.Proficiency in computer skills, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.The successful applicant will be flexible with hours, able to work evenings & weekends, methodical with a systems orientation, and have a good head for numbers as well as good people skills. Previous medical centre receptionist experience is preferred.
