They are seeking an organised, efficient and experienced Medical Receptionist to join the team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be available to work Wednesday to Friday, with the flexibility to cover shifts earlier in the week from time to time.
Key responsibilities will include: Meeting & greeting patients and other visitorsEntering patient information accurately in the systemPrepare invoices, statements, manage financial transactions, prepare clinics and enter insurance claimsHandle confidential patient information with the utmost professionalism and discretionThe ideal candidate will have: Prior medical receptionist experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detailAbility to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive demeanourThe flexibility to cover extra shifts where neededApply NowTo apply for this position, or for more information please submit your information and CV to the Recruiter below;
