The Doctors Hastings is part of the Green Cross Health network and is comprised of clinics in Hastings and Waipawa. In addition to the full range of primary care provided at The Doctors Hastings, we offer an extensive range of additional services, including nurse-led health clinics and specialised programmes such as Occupational Health. Reporting to the Medical Regional Business Manager and working closely with an established and high performing management team, the Medical Centre Manager will – Lead the day to day running of The Doctors Hastings, overseeing the efficient and effective administration of daily operations and business reporting; financial performance that meets expectations and developing practical business plans Continue to develop a high performance culture through building a culture where all staff feel valued, are committed to service, clinical excellence, and have a strong team first attitude Identify, encourage, support and lead opportunities for innovation, creating efficiencies and growth This is your chance to have a real impacton New Zealand's delivery of primary healthcare. About You The Medical Centre Manager will be proactive, solution focussed and thrive in a fast paced growth environment. You will be able to demonstrate - Previous leadership experience, ideally leading multi-disciplinary teams A proven track record of building and developing high performing team Best in class communications skills, including experience leading through change and take people on the journey Ability to build strong and effective relationships with key external local and regional contacts Strong understanding of commercials and ability to drive growth through consistent financial performance The Doctors Hastings and Waipawa offers a collaborative and progressive workplace environment, a competitive remuneration and benefits package and flexible working arrangements, including the ability to WFH.
