We're looking for an awesome Media Executive to join our rapidly growing Auckland team. You'll be working with our teams across Aotearoa, Australia, and Asia, running multi-language, multi-platform campaigns across Australasia, Asia, India, Europe, the Middle East, United States, and Canada. That's basically everywhere!THE OPPORTUNITYIn this role of Media Executive, you will have the responsibilities of managing campaigns, delivering tasks to deadlines, and reporting and inputting with accuracy. You will assist Senior Digital Specialists in any bookings across all media (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, offline etc.), sourcing material deadlines, and buying, tracking, and optimising all campaigns efficiently within deadlines.YOUR RESPONSIBILITYResponsible for digital ad ops and trafficking.Support the media team on a day-to-day basis.Harness relationships with Thompson Spencer employees and media partners i.e. material instructions, deadlines etc.Correctly execute reports within deadlines.As requested, run and provide media runs and data insights from Nielsen tools and other platforms.Collate information for presentations in a thorough and insightful way.Prioritises and manages tasks efficiently.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE1-2 years of experience in a media agency or similar working environment.Demonstrate competency in relevant platforms including: Google Ads, Business Manager (Meta), TikTok, Google Ads etc.Competency in Nielsen platforms AdIntel+, CMI preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Strong, mathematical and excellent literacy.Planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.You work effectively as part of a team – both internally and externally.Takes ownership of behaviour and integrity of work.You are proactive and a problem solver.WHAT WE OFFERFlexible working, with a designated WFH dayOpportunities for growth, mentoring and career developmentA supportive and collaborative teamA diverse range of clientsBeautiful, newly renovated offices in the CBDIf you're passionate about delivering top-tier performance in media and want to join an award-winning, fun-loving team, apply now!Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
