About the role: The Technical Training Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the development of Agricultural distributed products and Service Technician development. This role would suit a technician looking to get off the tools.
Key responsibilities include: Assessing the development needs of the agricultural service technicians Identifying and developing instructional materials Producing and implementing development training programs Monitoring and reporting on training metrics Contributing to the overall technician development paths and plans About you: A heavy-duty certificate and are advantageous Strong knowledge of the Agricultural technician skilled trades highly regarded Excellent project management skills Effective communication and collaboration skills Flexibility to support training needs across operating locations What we offer: We believe in investing in our employees and providing opportunities for growth and development.
