Mechanical Estimator - Lancashire - Nelson

We are currently working with a building services contractor with over 30 experience in the built environment. They work on a range of projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, leisure and retail.Due to their continued growth and development they are seeking a mechanical estimator to join their team in the North West.The successful Mechanical Estimator will be required to provide cost estimates and evaluations of tenders for new and existing projects, being able to review and work off technical drawings is a key element, so that quotations and tenders are accurate and completed to customers deadlines.They will be required to attend site visits on occasions to complete project surveys, taking off quantities from specifications and assisting the operations team in larger projects.In return they will receive a generous salary up to 35k, company benefits and pension, continued growth and career development
