Job Description

Permanent, part time
40 hours per fortnight (0.5FTE)
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join Maternity Services at the Hawke's Bay District Health Board.

You will be responsible for providing administration and data support for the Ministry of Health Maternity Quality and Safety Programme. You will support the programme coordinator, facilitate meetings and produce annual clinical reports. You will also progress the Quality and Safety plan for maternity.

A key focus of this role is on equity in health outcomes, patient safety and quality relating to care and processes across the maternity services in the Communities, Women and Children Directorate.
You will be an enthusiastic and attentive administrator who is logical and has great communication skills, both orally and written. You will be familiar with social media platforms and website management, preferably with office management and report writing skills.
