This is an opportunity to lead the development of programmes and services that are culturally appropriate and meet the specific needs of Maori. Demonstrate your manaakitanga by fostering a welcoming environment that reflects Maori values and Tikanga. This role is pivotal in strengthening relationships with Maori stakeholders and will contribute to the organisations wider bi-cultural development, including supporting the preservation of Maori heritage.Mou Ake | About YouIdeally you will have a background in Maori studies, history or teaching and be passionate about creating engaging programmes the support and uplift Matauranga Maori. You will be a natural connecter and thrive in an environment where you can lead engagement with iwi, hapu, and the wider community.We are seeking candidates with demonstrable experience:Knowledge of Te Reo Maori me ona tikangaStrong research and analytical skillsStakeholder engagement and ability to build ongoing relationships both internally and externally.
