We are looking for a Two Massage Therapist Assistants to join our team.   Title: Massage Therapist Assistant Location: Auckland(Birkenhead?Queen street or Flat Bush) Number of Position: 2 Employment type: Permanent Hours per week: Minimum 30 hours, maximum 40 hours per week; flexible hours, 6 days per week Hourly rate: $29.66-$30.00   Job Description: 1.  Assisting massage therapists in massaging the soft tissues and muscles of the body to provide treatment and assist healing 2.  Assisting massage therapists in assessing client particular sore muscles or pains for specific advice to promote relaxation, improving circulation and determining how massage would be beneficial 3.  Assisting massage therapists in preparing wet compresses, ice, blend oils and herbal therapies, apply to client to assist recovery 4.  Assisting massage therapists in providing guidance with techniques to client's rehabilitation 5.  Assist massage therapists in assessing clients' physical condition and medical history and advise on stretching and relaxation techniques 6.  Assisting massage therapist in utilizing a variety of massage techniques to improve athletic performance and avoid injury 7.  Obey all lawful instructions   Job Requirements: Prior experience and qualification are not required but could be an advantage Can work efficiently as a team player   If you would like to join us, please contact us for more information at Â
