We're the MarTech chapter, we implement, maintain, administer, and operate the marketing technology of Sparks MarTech Domain which provide our customers with relevant and optimal cross-channel personalised experiences.
As a chapter, we focus on high quality and resilient applications with low defects and incidents by implementing sound software engineering principles and best practices.Ensuring operational readiness and resilience measures at all times allows us to be proactive, supportive and accountable.
We are searching for a talented and motivated Marketo expert to join our growing Martech Team.In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing, implementing, and maintaining our Marketo platform to achieve our B2B marketing goals.You will provide documentation, guidance and hand over to the BAU squads and chapters and will collaborate with stakeholders to maintain, update and deliver on the Martech roadmap & strategy.
The development the focus will be primarily on Marketo and the supporting integration, however having knowledge of Tealium CDP, Adobe Experience Cloud products, social channels and programmatic will be highly beneficial.
What You're Responsible For Configure and maintain the Marketo platform, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.Build and manage integrations with other marketing and CRM systems.Collaborate with marketing squads to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.Support the Marketing Automation team to Design, develop, and execute automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, social media, etc.).Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to internal stakeholders.Stay up-to-date on the latest Marketo features and best practices.Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements.Engage with architects to provide technical detail.Ensuring operational readiness for all solutions delivered/configured.Being pro-active to enhance or improve processes to make the application and delivery of campaigns more efficient.Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.Contribute to the chapter and domain standards, procedures and roadmap.Skills & Experience You are motivated, a self-starter and supportive team player.You have a keen eye for detail.You can produce a high standard of work in a very fast paced environment.You are level-headed, professional and approachable; personality is key as the team is very work focused.You have excellent interpersonal skills, can manage your own workload and can prioritise work.You enjoy being part of a diverse and inclusive team.You have strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.Knowledge and use of Salesforce is beneficial, knowledge of other CRM systems a plus.You have experience working with SQL and knowledge of Snowflake is beneficial.You have experience with RESTful and SOAP API's.Knowledge is beneficial in the following Adobe Experience cloud products:Adobe TargetAdobe AnalyticsAdobe LaunchAdobe Audience ManagerAdobe Experience ManagerKnowledge is beneficial in the following products:Tealium CDPSocial ChannelsProgrammatic (Display & Video)SearchYou have experience in Agile ways of working.
