With the fast-growing and expanding market, we are now seeking a Marketing and Operation Consultant to join our team and drive the growth. About the role: We are seeking a Marketing and Operations Consultant to help us build, measure, optimize and scale our marketing programs to drive growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning market strategies, measuring and evaluating marketing performance, supporting demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns, informing strategic planning and budgeting, and enhancing overall marketing process, technology, and workflow. Plan and develop the strategic marketing, include branding, position, marketing channels. promotions and events. Responsible for brand management, Build on, maintain and increase brand awareness. Improve the brand management operation model. Organizing and establish market operation team, internal management systems and work processes to improve operation and management efficiency. Providing suggestions on retail locations, and new team building. Regular monitor marketing strategies, supervise and innovation products, improve customer service, optimize strategies and campaigns as well as business decision making Establish effective marketing channels. Planning, creating and executing marketing campaigns with a focus on design and social media. Understand and monitor the costs of marketing activities. Manage the marketing budget. What you bring to the team: To be successful in your new role you will have a minimum of 3 years in a senior marketing role with a track record of successful strategy development and execution within the New Zealand market, priority in FMCG or related industry. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or equivalent Have sensitive business and market awareness, strong ability to analyze and solve problems, and have excellent resource integration and business promotion capabilities. Experience in managing activation campaigns. Experience in working in data rich environments and presenting insights to management/non-technical audiences. Experience developing collateral and business material that increase brand awareness in the marketplace. Have good communication and cooperation skills and rich team building experience.
