Chorus has transitioned to an end-to-end value streams operating model, and we are now more committed than ever to delivering customer-centric initiatives . As the Mar ket ing Manager – A ccess ( focusing on fibre broadband to homes and businesses) and MarTech (Marketing Technology) , you are responsible for end-to-end campaign management and delivery across our Access Value Stream initiatives, as well as marketing automation activities that support acquisit ion, retention, growth and win back ambitions.
Supporting the Marketing Lead – Access and MarTech, you'll help deliver marketing programmes that help drive the uptake of fibre .
Your days will be creating value through:
Supporting and leading the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns for the Access v alue s tream .
Championing M arT ech use and provid ing subject matter e xpertis e across the business.
Writing informed and insightful briefs and working collaboratively with agency partners to successfully manage projects that lead to great outcomes.
Working as part of the Marketing Centre of Excellence, l everagin g data, insights, and creative thinking to optimis e current campaigns .
Ensuring campaigns are accountable , measurable and deliver against business objectives .
Automat ing campaign journey creation and optimisation .
Briefing internal teams (web, content, digital) for campaign content and website requirements.
Delivering robust brand guardianship by championing the brand tone and identity across all direct marketing activities.
To be successful in this role, you will have direct campaign management / email direct marketing experience . You will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive grasp of the marketing ecosystem within a team, enabling you to strategically utilise both internal and external expertise to facilitate the successful execution of your campaigns. You will utilise your critical-thinking skills by leveraging data and insights to inform your decision-making and strategic planning .
