About the Role We areon an exciting growth journey, and we are looking to expand our marketing team. We need a new Marketing Manager, able to execute on our new strategy and campaign roadmap. The ideal candidate is creative and strategic, always looking for ways to improve and optimise our campaigns to drive demand and generate bookings.

About You The following personal attributes will see you stand out from everyone else:
5+ years in marketing (agency experience preferred) Post-graduate degree in marketing, business, communications or similar Experience briefing creative agencies or contractors Experience making media and ad purchasing decisions
Marketing fundamentals B2C marketing tactics Healthcare marketing requirements Working, strategic knowledge of ad and media buying, campaign planning, digital marketing, and event marketing Familiarity with AI and Martech tools
Communication Copywriting Planning and organisation Budget management Google analytics Marketing automation fundamentals
Energetic and positive Creative and strategic Well-organised and self-motivated
