About the opportunity | Te whai waahi This is a 9 month Fixed term contract This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Farm Source brand and Co-op Connection initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving effective marketing communications and promotional activities to engage our farmers, reinforce our value propositions, and strengthen farmer loyalty to ensure a consistent supply of milk.
This role will drive the Farm Source brand strategy development as well as be responsible for the day to day co-ordination of internal and external communications and content across all channels.
Key responsibilities include:
Champion the positioning and value propositions of both Fonterra and Farm Source to engage our farmers effectively.Lead the development of Farm Source brand strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business goals.Develop and execute content, creative, and collateral strategies to drive Co-op connection and farmer loyalty.Drive digital and social media strategies, managing content creation and user journeys.Collaborate with internal teams to align communications with brand strategies and stakeholder needs.Manage the Digital Asset Management system and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.Monitor and contribute to the production of Farm Source communications.Support budgeting, forecasting, and campaign management.Collaborate within the Marketing Lead team to integrate Farm Source retail into our value proposition. About you | Moe koe You must be highly organised, proactive, bring second-to-none communication skills and an ability to effectively engage with people from all parts of the industry. You will need to be resilient, able to negotiate tricky situations and stakeholders, and have excellent attention to detail. Naturally curious and passionate about the agriculture space, your customer focused approach and ability to build rapport quickly will help you succeed in this rewarding role.
Other key requirements include:
Tertiary qualification in Communications, Brand, or Marketing Strategy.5+ years of experience in brand and marketing management.Proven track record in strategic agility, analytical skills, and problem-solving.Strong leadership and relationship management skills.Ability to drive change and achieve high-performing results through team management.
